I'm so glad you're here. Welcome to the community where we talk about your menstrual cycle in all of its majesty. From getting rid of PMS symptoms to the spiritual power it holds for you, let’s dive into the mystery around your cycle.

The key to your best life is becoming best friends with your cycle. For reals...and the way to do that is by cycle syncing. Don't worry, I'll show you how. You already have the first step (your cycle map), and the next step is tuning in to the four seasons of your cycle to explore how you feel the changes in your body through preferences, cravings, and moods. You can do that each day on your Cycle Chart. Each day, record 2-3 dominant feelings/moods/physical sensations. Print a new Cycle Chart for each month. As you do this month over month, you will see patterns emerge and begin to know when your troublesome days are, then you can build coping strategies around them to approach them with greater compassion and ease. 

If you do not have a period or bleeding days, use the Moon Cycle Chart as your guide to locate yourself in a cycle. The first day of the new moon is the first day of your cycle. Each day of the moon cycle, record 2-3 dominant feelings/moods/physical sensations. Print a new copy of the Moon Cycle Chart for each month.
