I believe wholeheartedly that you can birth this baby growing inside you. Women’s bodies are the most magical thing and I trust them all the way.

I also believe that birth is about both parents, my work focuses on partner support so you feel prepared and confident supporting your loved one.

I am experienced and comfortable supporting families who give birth in a hospital, birthing center, or at home. I have experience supporting medicated and unmedicated birth, water birth, vaginal birth, Cesarean birth (planned and unplanned), VBAC, surrogacy, stillbirth and pregnancy loss.

I am the best at supporting natural, physiologic birth, however a lot of my clients who birth in a hospital have great results from my support in delaying medication so that it supports their labor rather than hinders it.

My focus is know your options, advocate for personalized care, partner support, and mindful preparation to create an empowering experience.

I live in Draper, Utah, and I serve clients in Salt Lake and north Utah County.

Continuous virtual birth support–call, text, facetime

Pregnancy Doula Support (in-person or virtual) $1500

Comprehensive Childbirth Education Course through Intentional Birth
Two in-person or virtual prenatal visits (1.5-2 hrs each)
Call/text/email support upon hire throughout pregnancy
One in-person or virtual postpartum visit (1 hr)

This support is perfect for families who want doula support in pregnancy, but not on their birthing day, or who cannot have doula support at their place of birth due to health risks.

Birth Education $100 per hour

Schedule as many hours of education as you would like, I recommend starting with 4 hours. Topics we will cover include, but are not limited to: birth planning, postpartum planning, comfort and coping techniques, advocacy tools, interventions, physiology of birth, optimal fetal positioning, and breathing and mindfulness techniques. We will curate the curriculum to target your preferences and specific questions.
