Birth is naturally transformative, it stretches us beyond what we think we are capable of no matter how we choose to give birth. However, when we actively take on birthing our babies as the leader in the process rather than turning our birth experience over to medical personnel, that is when deep transformation happens and birth outcomes significantly improve. I can show you how to do that, no matter how you choose to give birth.

I support families who choose to give birth at a hospital, birthing center, or at home. I support all kinds of birth choices: medicated and unmedicated birth, water birth, vaginal birth, Cesarean birth (planned and unplanned), and VBAC. However my specialty is natural/unmedicated birth both in and out of hospital . I live in Sandy, Utah, and I serve clients in Salt Lake, Davis and Utah County.

Birth Education at $100/hour

Schedule as many hours of education you would like (via phone, FaceTime or Zoom) to prepare for your birth. We will curate the curriculum to target your situation and specific questions, some examples of how to use the time include birth planning, postpartum planning, building a coping plan, reviewing details regarding interventions, physiology of birth, etc.

Pregnancy Doula Package (in-Person/virtual) at $1000

Two prenatal visits in-person and/or virtual (1-2 hrs each)
Education support throughout pregnancy
One postpartum visit (1-2 hrs)
Call/text/email support throughout pregnancy upon hire

This package is perfect for families who want doula support in pregnancy, but not necessarily on their birthing day, or who can not have doula support at their place of birth due to health risks or COVID-19 restrictions.
