Hello! I’m Meredith. I’m a Certified Holistic Birth Doula, my specialty is supporting women with education and resources to lower their risk and minimize interventions in pregnancy and labor and to solve common pregnancy ailments naturally.
I delivered both my babies naturally/unmedicated at Birthing Centers, natural birth is my favorite, but not the only way I support birthing mamas.
I support mamas like you who are looking to take an active role in creating a positive experience around your birth experience-no matter what kind of birth you’re planning. I support you with education, resources, and personal doula services both in-person and virtually.
I came to Doula work on a Thursday when I was driving home from my corporate job feeling dispassionate about my work. I called my sister and told her my sob story and without missing a beat, she responded, “You should be a Doula.” After she explained to me what a Doula does, something inside me said, “you were born to do that.” That was in 2015 and I haven’t looked back since.
After watching many women give birth naturally it was finally my turn. I labored long and hard for 16 hours, pushed for 2.5, then finally met my daughter. It was exhilarating, but I knew it could be better. I studied, I practiced and I hand picked a team of holistic experts to support me for my second birth. I labored for five hours--start to finish--pushed for ten minutes, and as soon as my son was born, I said to myself, “I could do THAT again”. That was the moment when my Doula practice took a holistic shift. I know that easy, joyful birth is possible and I am here to support women like you who want to create that for themselves.

Hi! I’m Beth with Beth Garcia, Your Doula LLC. I am a mother to two girls, ages 3 and 5. I am a wife to David, Navy Veteran, University of Denver Alum, and more. I am a certified Birth Doula through Childbirth International since 2015 and I have supported over 75 birthing families. I am originally from the Washington, D.C. area, but I currently live in Sandy, Utah to be closer to family.
